Synopsis: Since 1999, as the prime contractor, General Scientific has served as NAVAIR’s Earned
Value Management contractor, supporting multiple NAVAIR Program Offices/IPTs (such as PMA265,
PMA201, PMA281, PMA242, and PMA299 in the AIR-4.2.3 competency. This effort involves cost and
schedule assessments for critical systems that are part of the F/A-18 aircraft, or part of the –R and –S models of the Blackhawk helicopter, or part of multiple conventional strike weapons and direct and
time-sensitive strike weapons, or critical Mission Planning Software, as well as other efforts (both current and historical). Synopsis:  As the prime contractor since 1987, General Scientific Corporation has provided to the Chief of Naval Operations engineering and technical support efforts by our security cleared staff on Special Project K-416 (Classified) BEARTRAP #2.
